OSLO, Norway, April 27, 2021 –  The 2021 Annual General Meeting of Agilyx AS will be held on 12 May 2021 at 17:00 (CEST) at the offices of Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS Tjuvholmen Allé 16, 0252 Oslo, Norway. Please, find enclosed the Notice of the meeting.

The Notice is also distributed directly to all shareholders.
