Agilyx AS (the “Company”) has today held its 2021 annual general meeting (“AGM”) at the offices of Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS. All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals set out in the AGM notice, including the approval of the annual financial statements for 2020 and the changes to the board of directors.
