Clarification Announcement

17 March 2021: DC Two Limited (ASX: DC2) (“DC Two” or the “Company”), would like to clarify the announcement dated 17 March 2021 titled ‘First Revenue Achieved for Modular, Eco-Friendly Data Centre’.

The Company would like to clarify that whilst the initial revenue is immaterial in value, significance of the announcement is that the modular data centre marks the successful entry into the high growth localised / edge compute market.

The revenues generated include an initial payment then ongoing month to month hosting contracts. The value of each contract is not material, but the Company expects repeat revenues across multiple customers.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of DC Two.
