Change of Chief Financial Officer
Adisyn Ltd (ASX: AI1) (Company) advises that Mr Jesper Sentow has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective 7 May 2026. The Board would like to thank Mr Sentow for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Ms Jenny Tan CPA has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 7 May 2026. Ms Tan is a member of CPA Australia, holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, and is part of the team at Onyx Corporate Pty Ltd, which provides CFO, Corporate Management and Corporate Governance services. The Company's Company Secretary, Ms Kyla Garic, also operates through Onyx Corporate.
