NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(e) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

15 MAY 2026: Secondary Trading Notice (the 'Notice') Pursuant to Paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the 'Act')

Adisyn Ltd (ASX: AI1) (Company) advises that today it has issued 900,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on exercise of 900,000 unlisted AI1UOPT29 Options at an exercise price of $0.075 and an expiry date of 20 December 2027.

The Act restricts the on-sale of securities issued without disclosure, unless the sale is exempt under section 708 or 708A of the Act. By giving this notice, a sale of the shares issued on the 15 May 2026 will fall within exemption in section 708A(5) of the Act.

The Company hereby notifies ASX under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Act that:

1. The Company has issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act; and
2. as at the date of this Notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company, and section 674 and 674A of the Act; and;
3. as at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed which is excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, other than is set out below, as previously announced,

a) the Company continues plans for divestment of non-core assets

An Appendix 2A for the issue of the shares has been released on the ASX on 15 May 2026. This notice is authorised for ASX release by the Board of Adisyn Ltd.
