13 May 2021: DC Two Limited (ASX: DC2) (“DC Two” or the “Company”), advises that further to its announcement on 5 May 2021, the Company has issued 4,000,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.50 per option, expiring on 7 May 2024.
The Company also advises the cancellation of 150,000 unquoted employee options.
The Company’s capital structure following the issue of 4,000,000 unquoted options and cancellation of 150,000 unquoted options is as follows:
