Updated Capital Structure and Release of Escrow
9 June 2021: DC Two Limited (ASX: DC2) (“DC Two” or the “Company”), advises the cancellation of 100,000 unquoted employee options.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the Company also advises that 2,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from escrow on 22 June 2021. The Company will seek quotation of 2,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares.
The Company’s capital structure following the cancellation of 100,000 unquoted options is as follows:
