APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

05 OCTOBER 2021: DC Two Limited (ASX: DC2) (“DC Two” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that Mr Blake Burton will move into an Executive Director role effective 6[th] October 2021. Mr Burton has been a non-executive Director of the Company since its IPO and has been an instrumental member of the board.

Mr Burton brings extensive experience within the IT industry to DC Two. He co-founded Perth based web hosting company Netorigin in 2011, and it quickly became one of the largest privately owned web hosts in Western Australia before a successful trade sale to VentraIP in 2019.

Mr Burton has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Accounting and Corporate Finance. He is also the current CFO at Attained Group, which is a Perth based provider of Managed IT services and has previously worked as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

As Executive Director, Mr Burton will use his in-depth understanding of the DC Two business to focus on facilitating revenue growth and manage the Company’s capital market facing responsibilities to ensure sustainable shareholder value is achieved. The role will also allow DC Two’s CEO and executive team to solely focus on upgrading the Bibra Lake data centre into a Tier III facility and deploy the infrastructure required to deliver on $2.7m in fixed term contracts secured within the last four months.

DC Two’s Chairman Shane Wee said; “We are very fortunate to have Blake step into an executive role at DC Two. Blake has extensive experience in the IT sector, having had tremendous success with his own company and his skill set will be of value as we look to grow the business and increase shareholder value.”

KEY TERMS OF MR BURTONS EXECUTIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT:

Effective Date: Mr Burton has been appointed as Executive Director, effective 6[th] October 2021 (Commencement Date).

Term: Agreement will commence on the Commencement Date and continue until the Agreement is validly terminated in accordance with its terms.

Remuneration: Mr Burton will be paid $70,000 per annum plus any minimum statutory superannuation contributions required under the Superannuation Law.

Termination: The Company may terminate the Agreement without reason by providing the Executive Director with not less than three (3) months’ written notice or paying the Executive Director a cash payment equal to three (3) months of the Executive Services Salary in lieu of such notice.

Mr Burton may terminate his engagement with the Company without reason by providing the Company with not less than three (3) months’ written notice.
