Description

The securities of Adisyn Ltd (‘AI1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AI1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 24 January 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Adisyn Ltd (ASX: AI1) (Company or AI1) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities.

The Company advises that:

1. The Company requests a trading halt pre-market open on Wednesday 22 January 2025, pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising;

2. it anticipates the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday 24 January 2025, or the release of the announcement in relation to the matter noted at 1 above;

3. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt request should not be granted;

4. the Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt, or that ASX asks for.
