NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(e) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

21 NOVEMBER 2024: Secondary Trading Notice (the 'Notice') Pursuant to Paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the 'Act')

Adisyn Ltd (ASX: AI1) (Company) advises that today it has issued 2,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares pursuant to vesting and conversion of 2,500,000 Tranche 1 Performance Rights (Rights) issued to a Strategic Advisor. Further information on the Rights is contained in the Notice of General Meeting released on the ASX on 12 April 2024.

The Act restricts the on-sale of securities issued without disclosure, unless the sale is exempt under section 708 or 708A of the Act. By giving this notice, a sale of the shares issued on the 21 November 2024 will fall within exemption in section 708A(5) of the Act.

The Company hereby notifies ASX under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Act that:

1. The Company has issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act; and

2. as at the date of this Notice, the Company has complied with provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company, and section 674 and 674A of the Act; and;

3. as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.

An Appendix 2A for the issue of the shares has been released on the ASX on 21 November 2024. This notice is authorised for ASX release by the Board of Adisyn Ltd.
