ACEA: PERFEZIONATA L'ACQUISIZIONE DEL 51% DEL CAPITALE DELLA SOCIETÀ "ALTO SANGRO DISTRIBUZIONE GAS"

Roma, 31 agosto 2020 – ACEA ha perfezionato oggi l'acquisizione del 51% del capitale della società Alto Sangro Distribuzione Gas srl, attiva nella distribuzione di gas metano, presente in ventiquattro comuni della Provincia dell'Aquila, appartenenti prevalentemente all'Atem Aquila 3, e proprietaria di quasi la totalità dell'infrastruttura di distribuzione gas, costituita da 537 Km di rete e circa 34 mila PDR (vedi CS del 10 marzo 2020).

In tale iniziativa, UBI Corporate & Investment Banking ha svolto il ruolo di advisor finanziario e lo studio Nctm quello di advisor legale.
