Publication of the lists of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors

Rome, 6 April 2022 – In relation to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, as per Calling Notice dated 16 March 2022, to be held on 27 April and 2 May 2022, respectively in first and second call, Acea S.p.A. reports that the following Lists of candidates for the appointment of the board of statutory auditors have been duly filed at the Company.
