Resignation of Board Member Thomas Devedjian

Rome, 31 October 2023 – ACEA informs that Thomas Devedjian, appointed from the list presented by Shareholder Suez International at the Annual General Meeting held on 18 April 2023, has today tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors, with immediate effect, due to professional commitments that have arisen.

Thomas Devedjian, non-executive and non-independent director, is a member of the Control and Risks Committee and, as of today, does not hold shares in ACEA.

The Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of the entire Board of Directors, thanks Thomas Devedjian for the professionalism and dedication shown to the Company and to the Board of Directors.

During a forthcoming meeting, ACEA's Board of Directors will take the necessary decisions arising from this decision.
