2025 Annual Financial Report published, together with further documentation relating to the Shareholders' meeting
Rome, 30 April 2026 – The Annual Financial Report for the period ended 31 December 2025 (including the Draft Annual Financial Statements, the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Report on Operations - comprising Sustainability reporting - and the Declaration referred to in Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, together with the Reports of the Independent Auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Report on Corporate Governance and on the Ownership Structure), the Report on the Remuneration policy and on the remuneration paid, pursuant to Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 and the Explanatory Reports concerning the items 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the agenda of the ordinary Annual General Meeting convened on 3 and 4 June 2026, respectively in first and second call, are available to the public at the Company's head office, on the Company's website (www.acea.it, section "2026 Annual General Meeting") and on the authorised storage mechanism, available on the website .
Lastly, the prospectuses summarizing the essential data of the last financial statements of subsidiaries and affiliated companies, are available to the public at the Company's head office and on the Company's website (www.acea.it, section "2026 Annual General Meeting").
