COMUNIQUE PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION

Rome, 19 April 2020 – The notice of call of the Annual General Meeting called for 29 May and 30 May 2020, on first and second call respectively, and the report by the Board of Directors of Acea SpA regarding item 4 on the agenda are now available to the public at the company's head office and on the authorised storage mechanism on the website and have also been published on the Company website www.gruppo.acea.it, "Annual General Meeting 2020" section.

The notice of call of the Annual General Meeting was also published today in the daily newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore".

The Directors' Reports on the other items on the agenda will be made available within the terms of the law.
