Resolution proposal for item 4.1 on the Agenda
With regard to item 4.1) on the Agenda – Determination of the number of members – the undersigned ROMA CAPITALE hereby formulates the following proposal to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting:
"It is hereby proposed that, in continuity with the previous mandate and in respect of the Articles of Association, that the number of members of the Board of Directors be determined as nine."
