Resolution proposal for item 4.4 on the Agenda
With regard to item 4.4) on the Agenda – Determination of the Directors' remuneration – the undersigned ROMA CAPITALE hereby formulates the following proposal to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting:
"It is hereby proposed that the annual remuneration for the position of Board member, in continuity with the previous mandate and consistently with the resolutions of Roma Capitale regarding the remuneration of the corporate bodies of the entities in which Roma Capitale has a holding, be determined as already resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2017."
