ASX Announcement – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Accent Resources NL held its Annual General Meeting for 2016 at 11.00AM EDT today and wishes to advise the following:

1. Resolutions

All resolutions specified in the Notice of Meeting were passed on a show of hands.

2. Proxies
