Appointment of Mr Richard Sellers PSM as a Non-Executive Director

Accent Resources NL (ASX: ACS) (Accent, ACS or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Richard Sellers PSM as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 20 May 2026.

Mr Sellers is a highly respected former senior Western Australian Government executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the mining, infrastructure, transport and public policy sectors. Most recently, Mr Sellers served as Director General of the Western Australian Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS) from 2021 until his retirement in 2025.

Throughout his distinguished public service career, Mr Sellers also held a number of other key leadership positions including A/Director General Premier and Cabinet, A/ Director General of the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation (JTSI), Director General of the Department of Transport, Commissioner of Main Roads Western Australia, Chief Executive Officer of the Public Transport Authority and Director General of the former Department of Mines and Petroleum.

The Board believes that Mr Sellers’ extensive experience in mining approvals, government engagement, infrastructure, logistics and regulatory systems will provide significant strategic value to the Company as it advances its Magnetite Range Project and broader corporate development initiatives.
