Accent Resources NL is pleased to advise that it has appointed Mr. Dianzhou He and Mr. Yuzi (Albert) Zhou to the Board as directors effective immediately.

Mr He is Chairman and CEO of Xinyang Iron & Steel Company and a Director of Xingang Resources (HK) Ltd and will be the Deputy Chairman for Accent Resources.

Mr Zhou is a company executive for Xingang Resources (HK) Ltd and will act as nonexecutive director for Accent Resources.

Accent believes these appointments will considerably enhance its strategic prospects going forward and in particular the development and progression of its flagship project at Magnetite Range.
