Report Content Costs of legal risk related toforeign currency loans

The Management Board of mBank S.A.("Bank") informs that in connection with the decision taken on September29, 2025 by the Bank, the costs of legal risk related to loans indexedto foreign currencies recognized in Q3 2025, amounted to PLN 426.7million. These costs result mainly from the update of the forecastednumber of court cases and the settlement program costs, as well as theupdate of other model parameters.

The final value of costs of legalrisk related to loans indexed to foreign currencies in Q3 2025 will bedisclosed in the financial statements for Q3 2025 due to be announced onOctober 30, 2025.
