NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF 30 JUNE 2025

Milan, 24 July 2025 – Moncler S.p.A. announces that the Half-Year Financial Report as of 30 June 2025, pursuant to Art. 154-ter, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree No. 58/1998, approved on 23 July 2025 by the Board of Directors, have been made available to the public at the Company's registered office in Milan, at Via Enrico Stendhal 47, at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, Section "Investor Relations/Financial Documents") as well as the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" at , together with external Auditors' Report.
