Korporacja Gospodarcza 'Efekt' S.A. with itsregistered office in Kraków (hereinafter: the Company, the Issuer)hereby announces , pursuant to Article 70 point 1 of the Act on publicoffering and conditions for introducing financial instruments toorganized trading, and on public companies, it informs that on May 14,2020 it received from the shareholder a notification, forwarded pursuantto Article 69, on reducing the notifier's involvement below 5% in thetotal number of votes in the Company.

Legal basis:Art. 69 ofthe Act of 29 July 2015 on public offerings and conditions governing theintroduction of financial instruments to organized trading, and onpublic companies (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1639, as amended).
