TheManagement Board of mBank S.A. informs that on 25 July 2024 theSupervisory Board of mBank S.A. appointed Mr Krzysztof Bratos to theManagement Board of mBank S.A. as of 26 July 2024 for the position ofVice-President of the Management Board, Head of Retail Banking,replacing Mr Cezary Kocik. In accordance with the information containedin current report No. 32/2024 of 5 June 2024, Mr Cezary Kocik wasconditionally appointed to the position of President of the ManagementBoard.

MrKrzysztof Bratos obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from PoznanUniversity of Economics with the major in computer science andeconometrics. In addition, he has completed specialised programmes formanagement on Harvard Business School - General Management Program andHigh Potential Leadership Program.

MrKrzysztof Bratos has 18 years of banking experience, including 14 yearson the managerial positions in the banking sector. He worked for globalfinancial institutions based in London and New York (JP Morgan, RoyalBank of Scotland, Kleinwort Benson), where he implemented new solutionsin the area of management and business transformation programmes and ledtechnology projects in investment banking. Since 2015 he has beenworking in mBank Group, and over last 3 years in the position of theManaging Director of Private Banking and Brokerage Services, where hehas been responsible for organisation and operations of private banking,brokerage activities and investment products offer for private bankingclients.

Mr.Krzysztof Bratos is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors keptpursuant to the National Court Register Act.

Accordingto information held by the Management Board of mBank S.A. Mr. KrzysztofBratos does not conduct any activities competitive with the Bank.
