("FIMBank" or the "Bank") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Capital Markets Rules 5.16 et seq., in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as may be amended from time to time.

Further to Company Announcement FIM338, dated 16 November 2023, the Board of Directors of FIMBank appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as the statutory auditors of the Bank with effect from 17 January 2024.

PwC is part of an international network and is registered as a partnership of certified public accountants holding a practising certificate to act as auditors in terms of the Accountancy Profession Act (Cap. 281 of the Laws of Malta).
