FIMBank announces that Mrs. Claire Imam Thompson has resigned from her position as a Non-Executive Director of the Bank with effect from 10th November 2023. The Board of Directors has expressed its gratitude towards Mrs. Imam Thompson for her service to the Bank.

There are no matters concerning Mrs. Imam Thompson that require disclosure under Capital Markets Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
