The following is a Company Announcement issued by FIMBank p.l.c. ("FIMBank" or the "Bank") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Capital Markets Rules 5.16.5.

FIMBank p.l.c. announces that Ms. Christine Coleiro was appointed Executive Vice President of the Bank.

Ms. Coleiro, a Maltese national, holder of passport number 1232071 and residing at 133, Chrisel, Triq Il-Kananea, H' Attard, Malta, obtained her MSC in Human Resource Development and Performance Management from the University of Leicester and a Diploma in Executive Coaching with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Ms. Coleiro joined the FIMBank Group in 2006 and was promoted as Group Chief Human Resources Officer in 2018. Prior to joining FIMBank, Ms. Coleiro worked for KPMG Malta. Ms. Coleiro has over 16 years' experience in both local and international Human Resources ("HR") spheres.

Ms. Coleiro's appointment is subject to regulatory approval. There are no matters concerning Ms. Coleiro that require disclosure under Capital Markets Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
