The following is a Company Announcement issued by FIMBank p.l.c. ("FIMBank" or the "Bank") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules 5.16.5.

Mr. Ronald Mizzi, Executive Vice President of FIMBank, residing at 9, Triq Gnien Ingraw, Mellieha, MLH 1208, Malta and holder of Maltese IDC Number 0001780G has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer with effect from 15 September 2020.

The Bank has expressed its appreciation and gratitude towards Mr. Mizzi for his dedication, loyalty and long service to the Bank.

There are no matters concerning Mr Ronald Mizzi that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 and 5.20.9.
