Group Investment Strategy

FIMBank announces the termination of its shareholders' agreement with the other shareholders of Latam Factors S.A., a company active in the factoring and leasing market in Chile, in which FIMBank had a majority participating interest of 51%.

FIMBank furthermore announces the termination of its shareholders' agreement with the other shareholders of Levant Factors S.A.L., a Lebanese based factoring joint venture, of which FIMBank indirectly owned a participating interest of 50%.

Both divestments form part of FIMBank Group's revised investment strategy, which commenced three years ago, and is focused on consolidation in selected markets.

Change in Senior Management

FIMBank announces the resignation of Mr. Giovanni Bartolotta, who held the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Risk Management for the Group.

There is no matter concerning Mr. Bartolotta that requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
