COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement by FIMBank p.l.c. (the "Company" or "Issuer") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules:

The Company announces that, as at the closing of the Intermediaries Offer on Friday, 4 May 2018, the amount of bids submitted by the Intermediaries was for 196,703 Lapsed Rights at US\$0.55 and for 9,000 Lapsed Rights at US\$0.56, amounting to a total value of US\$113,226.65.

The new shares shall be issued, allotted and admitted to listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on Monday, 14 May 2018. Trading in the new ordinary shares is expected to commence on Tuesday, 15 May 2018.

Furthermore, an additional amount of shares shall be issued and allotted to United Gulf Holding Company B.S.C. ("UGH") in terms of the underwriting agreement signed between the Company and UGH. Consequently, UGH will be subscribing to a further 10,594,894 shares.

Therefore, following the results of the Rights Issue, Intermediaries Offer, and underwriting agreement entered into with UGH, the Company is pleased to announce that it has now increased its issued share capital by a total of 190,909,091 new ordinary shares.
