The following is a Company Announcement issued by FIMBank p.l.c. pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules 5.16 et seq.

Further to announcement FIM 239 of today's date, the Board of Directors of FIMBank p.l.c. appointed from its number a Chairman in terms of Article 102 of the Articles of Association.

Dr. John C. Grech was appointed Chairman while Mr. Masaud M. J. Hayat was appointed Vice Chairman.

The FIMBank Board is now composed of the following:

APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR OFFICER

At a Board of Directors Meeting held earlier during the day, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Ronald Mizzi, residing at 9, Triq Gnien Ingraw, Mellieha, MLH1208, Malta, as Chief Financial Officer of FIMBank with effect from 10 May 2016. Mr. Mizzi joined FIMBank on 2 January 2006 and has been occupying the post of Acting Chief Financial Officer since 1 November 2015.

There is no matter concerning Mr. Mizzi that requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
