Mr Marcel Cassar, First Executive Vice President, residing at 3, Triq il-Providenza, Balzan, BZN 1344, Malta and holder of Maltese IDC Number 99064M has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 November 2015.

The Bank has expressed its gratitude towards Mr Cassar for his long service to the Bank.

There is no matter concerning Mr Cassar that requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
