The following is a Company Announcement issued by FIMBank p.l.c. ("FIMBank"or the "Bank") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules 5.16.5

FIMBank p.l.c. announces the appointment of Mr Ronald Haverkorn as FIMBank's new Group Chief Risk Officer. Mr Haverkorn, a Dutch national of 28 Wapping High Street, 84 Cinnabar Wharf, London E1W1NG, UK, is a senior banker with a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, managing global portfolios, measuring and implementing risk controls procedures and in developing risk management frameworks.

Mr Haverkorn was previously employed as Executive Vice President for the Wells Fargo Group where he held the position of Global Head of International Credit Products for the Group.

Subject to the MFSA's approval, the appointment of Mr Haverkorn will be effective from the 4th May 2015.

Mr Haverkorn was appointed following the resignation of Mr Ivan Fsadni who held the position of Group Chief Risk Officer of FIMBank until the date of this Company Announcement.

FIMBank has expressed its gratitude towards Mr Fsadni for his long and loyal service to the Bank.

There is no matter concerning Mr Fsadni and Mr Haverkorn that requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
