The following is a Company Announcement issued by FIMBank p.l.c. ("FIMBank"or the "Bank") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules 5.16.5.

FIMBank p.l.c. announces that on 13 March 2015 the contractual relationship between the Bank and the following senior officers was terminated by mutual consent:

Mr. Armin Eckermann, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Trade Finance Group, residing at Nic's Ville, Adriatic Street, San Gwann, SGN1813, Malta and holder of German Passport Number 500481708; and

Mr. Silvio Mifsud, Executive Vice President and Head of Administration & Chief Information Officer, residing at "Matyushka", Triq is-Sejjieh, Swieqi, SWQ 3011, Malta and holder of Maltese IDC Number 533360(M).

The Bank has expressed its gratitude towards Mr. Eckermann and Mr. Mifsud for their long and loyal service.

There is no matter concerning Mr. Eckermann and Mr. Mifsud that requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
