Reference is made to Company Announcement FIM220 issued on 16 January 2015 by the Bank with respect to the Board Meeting approving the 2014 Audited Accounts.

The Bank wishes to announce that the date of the meeting originally scheduled for 11 March 2015 has been changed and the Board of Directors of FIMBank, approving the 2014 Audited Accounts, is now scheduled to meet on 10 March 2015.
