The following is a Company Announcement by FIMBank p.l.c. ("FIMBank" or the "Bank") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules:

FIMBank p.l.c. announces today that the 7% Subordinated Bonds 2012-2019 will be redeemed on 30th October 2013. In accordance with the terms of the Prospectus dated 9th March 2009 and published on 17th March 2009 the Record Date shall be 30th September 2013 and trading in the relevant Bonds shall be suspended as from opening of business on that date.
