The following is a Company Announcement by FIMBank p.l.c. pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules 5.16 et seq:

The Board of Directors of FIMBank p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on 6 March 2013 to:

i. consider and approve the Group's and the Bank's Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2012; and
ii. consider the declaration of a dividend, if any, to be recommended to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
