FIMBank plc makes reference to reports in various sections of the international and local media regarding an approval received by Burgan Bank S.A.K. from the Central Bank of Kuwait to acquire 25% in the Bank and informs that this follows from what was first announced on 13 March 2012 under Company Announcement FIM 156.

FIMBank will issue further announcements as soon as it has any new information relevant to these developments.
