NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Milan, 14 May 2025 – It is hereby announced that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Moncler S.p.A., which was held on 16 April 2025, resolved to distribute to the Shareholders a dividend of 1.30 EUR per share, gross of relevant applicable tax, that will be paid as from May 21 May 2025, with a coupon date of 19 May 2025 (coupon no. 11) and record date 20 May 2025, that is the date upon which the dividend becomes payable pursuant to Art. 83-terdicies of Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, no. 58.
