FINANCIAL CALENDAR OF 2025

TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A., (hereinafter the Company) in its practice of providing accurate and timely information to the investors, and in compliance with the requirement under Article 4.1.1, paragraph 2 of the Rulebook of the Athens Stock Exchange and Decision No. 25/15.04.2024 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, announces its Financial Calendar 2025.

• Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2024 (1.1.2024 31.12.2024), the Annual Financial Statements, and the Annual Consolidated Financial Statements, on Monday, April 28, 2025, on the Company's website (www.techol.gr) and of the website of Athens Exchange (after the end of ASE's trading).
• The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2024 results will take place on Thursday, May 29, 2025, via teleconference.
• The Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders will take place on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, remotely.
• Publication of the H1 2024 Financial Results at the Company's website (www.techol.gr) as well as at the website of the Athens Exchange will be effected on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (after the end of ASE's trading).
• The Company will not pay dividend for the fiscal year 2024.

The Company reserves the right to alter the above dates after timely informing investors of the amendment hereof.
