Announcement of acquisition of own shares

The company "TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that, in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and Commission Delegate Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the company on December 19, 2024, in the context of proper and timely information to the investors, announces the following:

On April 09, 2025, the company acquired 5,000 own shares at an average purchase price of €2.086 per share, with a total transaction value of €10,430.12, through the Athens Exchange member BETA SECURITIES S.A.

Following this purchase, the Company holds 820,959 own shares, corresponding to 2.017% of the Company's total outstanding number of shares.
