NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 20 MARCH 2025 AND OF THE AMENDED BY-LAWS

Milan, 28 March 2025 – Moncler S.p.A. (the Company) informs that today the minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company held on 20 March 2025 as well as the new text of the By-laws as amended by the above Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting have been made available to the public at the Company's registered offices, at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, Section "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage".
