NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE 2024 ANNUAL REPORT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 16 APRIL 2025

Milan, 14 March 2025 – With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of Moncler S.p.A. (the Company) convened, in single call, on 16 April 2025, the Company announces that as of today the following documents have been made available to the public at the Company's registered offices, at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, Section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" at the website :

• 1) 2024 Annual Report including the Draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31 December 2024, the Annual Management Report including the Consolidated Sustainability Statement in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 125/2024 and the statements pursuant to Art. 154bis, paragraphs 5 and 5 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, together with the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Report of the Auditing Firm;
• 2) the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure;
• 3) the Report on Policy Regarding Remuneration and Fees paid, the tables drafted in accordance with Scheme 7 of Annex 3A of the Consob Issuers' Regulation no. 11971/1999 (including the information regarding the implementation of the financial instrumentbased remuneration plans).

The financial statements and/or summary reports of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates, pursuant to Art. 2429, paragraphs 3 and 4, of the Italian Civil Code, as well as the accounting reports of the main non-EU subsidiaries prepared pursuant to Art. 15 of the Consob Market Regulation no. 20249/2017, will be also made available to the public, under the terms and conditions provided for by applicable law.
