Subject: Information about transactions concerning shares in Midas S.A.and involving persons having access to confidential information.

The Management Board of Midas S.A. ("Midas") announces that on 1 June2016 Midas received a notification from a member of the SupervisoryBoard of Midas ("Notifying Person"), made pursuant to Article 160 of theAct of 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments (consolidatedtext: Dz. U. z 2014, item 94, as amended), of acquisition on 31 May 2016by Polkomtel sp. z o.o. ("Polkomtel"), a company in which the NotifyingPerson acts as member of the Supervisory Board of 100,069,611 shares inMidas, accounting for 6.763% of the total number of votes and of theshare capital of Midas, at a price of PLN 0.81 per share, i.e. for theaggregate price of PLN 81,056,384.91.

This transaction followed from the settlement on 31 May 2016 of thesqueeze-out announced on 25 May 2016 by Polkomtel.

The Notifying Person did not consent to publishing the data referred toin § 2 section 1 sub-section 1 of the Regulation of 15 November 2005 onproviding and publishing information concerning certain transactions onfinancial instruments and the rules for drafting and maintaining a listof persons with access to certain confidential information.
