Subject: Announcement of the squeeze-out of shares in Midas S.A.

The management Board of Midas S.A. (the "Company") hereby gives noticethat on 25 May 2016, Polkomtel sp. z o.o. ("Polkomtel"), a companydirectly and indirectly holding 1,379,597,139 shares in the Company,constituting 93.237% of the Company's share capital, announced asqueeze-out of the shares in the Company held by all the remainingshareholders of the Company (the "Squeeze-Out").

The detailed terms of acquiring the shares in the Company covered by theSqueeze-Out are laid out in the Information about the intention toacquire Midas shares by way of the Squeeze-Out, released by Polkomtel.

Furthermore, the Management Board of the Company gives notice of havingreceived on 25 May 2016 of resolution No. 517/2016 of the ManagementBoard of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on suspension, effective from 25 May2016, of trading in the shares of the Company bearing the codePLNFI0900014 on the WSE Main Market (the "WSE Resolution"). Thesuspension of trading in the Company's shares is connected with thenotice served by Polkomtel regarding the intention to announce theSqueeze-Out.

In accordance with the WSE Resolution: (i) broker instructionsconcerning the shares in the Company, delivered to the WSE but notexecuted by 24 May 2016 (inclusive), became invalid following theclosing of the trading session on that day; and (ii) broker instructionsfor shares in the Company will not be accepted starting on 25 May 2016.
