NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 16 APRIL 2025

Milan, 6 March 2025 – With reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Moncler S.p.A. (the Company) convened, in single call, on 16 April 2025, the Company announces that as of today the notice of call and the Directors' explanatory reports on the items of the agenda have been made available to the public at the Company's registered office in Milan, at Via Enrico Stendhal no. 47, at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, Section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" at the website .
