NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
Milan, 2 March 2021 – Moncler S.p.A. informs that today the information document for the transaction of greater significance with related parties regarding the acquisition by Moncler from Venezio Investments Pte Ltd of a shareholding representing 30% of the corporate capital of Sportswear Company S.p.A., owner of the Stone Island brand, has been made available at the Company registered offices, on the Company website (www.monclergroup.com, section "Governance / Extraordinary transactions") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" on the website .
