NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF 2020 ANNUAL REPORT

Milan, 15 March 2021 – Moncler S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that as of today the 2020 Annual Report including the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statement as of 31 December 2020, the annual management report and the statements pursuant to Art. 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (the "Consolidated Law on Finance"), together with the Report by the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Report by the Auditing Firm, as well as the Consolidated non-Financial Statement prepared in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 254/2016 have been made available to the public, together with the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure, at the Company's registered offices in Milan, at 47, Via Enrico Stendhal, and at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, section "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" at .

The financial statements and/or summary reports of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates, pursuant to Art. 2429 of the Italian Civil Code, as well as the accounting reports of the main non-EU subsidiaries prepared pursuant to Art. 15 of the Consob Market Regulation no. 20249/2017, will be also made available to the public, by the terms and conditions provided for by applicable law.
