NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF 30 JUNE 2021

Milan, 30 July 2021 - Moncler S.p.A. announces that the Half-Year Financial Report as of 30 June 2021, pursuant to Art. 154-ter, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree No. 58/1998, approved on 27 July 2021 by the Board of Directors, have been made available to the Company's registered office in Milan, at 47, Via Enrico Stendhal, at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, section "Investor Relations / Financial Documents") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" at , together with the external Auditor's Report.
