NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 21 APRIL 2022
Milan, 22 March 2022 – Moncler S.p.A. informs that today the Directors' explanatory reports on the items no. 1, 2, 3 and 5 on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 21 April 2022, together with the information memorandum on the item no. 5 on the agenda, have been made available to the public at the Company's registered offices, at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, Section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" at the website .
